Specialists accomplish normative or "value" consultation. Most frequently leaders encounter "specialists" in normative consultation - these are the economic, juridical, organizational and technical consultations, when experts, auditors, developers, advisers, instructors or innovatory they transfer to the client of recommendation regarding the concrete changes, using such method of operations as auditorial and other special checkings, developments, documentation, instruction, calculations.
In "value" consultation the consultant- specialists (ideologists, innovatory, trainers)"inoculate" to organization- client new value orientations through the instruction, sociopsychological trainings, telephone-box technologies, work in the groups. This consultation is with the participation of consultants in the work on "total" quality, in control, the orientation of organization to the client.
Specialists accomplish problematic consultation of the process or of project. They are usually occupied by preliminary organizational diagnostics, negotiations with the clients, planning and coordination of fulfillment of assignments, by the production of conclusions, by the idea of final proposals to clients and so forth specialists fulfill the controlling and administrative functions.
With consultation of project the consultant carries out diagnostics of problems and proposes his solutions.
With the winged phrase: "organization can dostich' only that that can dostich' its personnel" they work in essence the consultants on the process, who carry out diagnostics of organization- client and propose the methods of development joint with it and solution of organizational problems. In administrative consultation the specialist creates situation for the personnel of organization, which itself reveals its state, and after realizing it, the methods of solution of its problem, difficulty, idea find.
However, they be not in the contrast of specialists and specialists, but in the combining of their habits and skills for achievement of larger summary effect. In many konsaltingovykh firms there are both the specialists and the specialists, between whom there is a specific division of labor.

Internal consultants are regular specialists for economy and administration of one or other organization or another.
